Arthur (Andy) Felts has been a member of the Department of Political Science since 1989. For twenty years, he taught graduate courses in the Master of Public Administration program and directed the Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Center for Public Affairs and Policy Studies. During that period, he brought in over $3 Million in external funding. In 2009, Dr. Felts returned to the political science department full-time and has thoroughly enjoyed being in the undergraduate classroom again--teaching political theory and American government.
Dr. Felts’ research interests are in critical theory and the interface between technology and human communities.
