EMPOWERR is funded with a five year grant by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI). Our goal is to reduce the onset of substance use and prevent the transmission of HIV in minority teens in Charleston County.
